Ingredients

3 quarts apple cider
1 tablespoon whole allspice
1/3 cup red cinnamon candy
3 tablespoons honey

Method

Heat cider, cinnamon, candies, and allspice to boiling. Reduce heat. Cove and simmer five minutes. Remove allspice, stir in honey.  

Serves 24, 1/2 cup each.
