Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Baking Mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Heat oven to 350-degrees. Grease a 9-inch x 1 1/4-inch pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender container, cover and blend on high for fifteen seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean; fifty to fifty-five minutes.
