Ingredients

1 can (6.5 ounces) tuna, drained
1 cup shredded processed sharp American cheese
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut up
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimento (optional)

2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick Mix
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of nutmeg

Method

Heat oven to 400-degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1.5-inch) and mix tuna, cheese, onion, pimento in pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients in a blender for 15 seconds on high (or for 1 minute by hand mixer). Pour over the tuna mixture in the plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. 

Cool five minutes and serve with sliced tomatoes.
