Chocolate Indians

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted chocolate
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sweet milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Method

Blend the butter and sugar to a creamy mess, add melted chocolate, slightly cool then the egg alternate flour sifted with soda and salt and milk, mix in raisin and nuts; drop on greased cookie sheets one inch and a half apart. Bake in a moderate oven [350-degree], watching the mixture so it does not scorch.

    Just finished baking these, with a few lil’ adjustments. Had to cuz’ I had some ingredient issues here, haha. But they are great! I have a picture if you want a copy!
