Clam Dip

Two recipes for Clam Dip, one version made with sour cream and the other made with cream cheese, both made with Doxsee Minced Clams, onion, seasonings,  and Worcestershire sauce. 

Clam Dip with Sour Cream 

Ingredients

1 can Doxsee Minced Clams
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

Drain clams and combine with sour cream and other ingredients. Chill for 1/2 hour. 

 

Clam Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

1 can Doxsee Minced Clams
1 package 3-ounce cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon chopped scallions or onions
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

Drain clams, save 1 tablespoon of the juice. Soften cream cheese with the juice. Add the remainder [scallions or onions, and Worcestershire sauce], and beat into cheese. Mix in clams. Chill
