1 small head of cabbage
2 small onions
6 stuffed olives
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Shred the cabbage paper-thin, add the onions, sliced thin, the sliced olives, and a few capers along with a little of the caper juice. Salt to taste.
For the dressing, mix salt, pepper, and a pinch of turmeric and curry powder with the Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Add enough buttermilk to make the dressing the consistency of thick cream. Pour over salad ingredients and toss until it is a complete blend.
