German Nut Loaf

Ingredients

4 cups flour, sifted
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 cups milk

Method

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, raisins, and nuts. Mix well. Add beaten eggs and milk. Pour into greased pan, bake 1 hour at 350-degrees. 

Makes 2 loaves.
