A vintage typed recipe for old-fashioned Deviled Eggs; make these Picnic Eggs with hard-cooked eggs, onion juice, minced green pepper, chopped parsley, prepared mustard, and mayonnaise. Mash egg yolks with a silver fork, along with other ingredients; blend well and place this mixture in the remaining halves. Wrap individually in waxed paper.
6 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
1 teaspoon minced green pepper
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
Cut eggs in halves lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash with a silver fork, and add other ingredients, and blend well. Place halves together and wrap them individually in waxed paper.
