Pie Crust - Cekada

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
4 to 6 tablespoons ice water

Method

Light oven and heat to 400-degrees. Sift flour and salt together, cut in shortening. Add lemon juice then water very gradually until a stiff dough is formed. Toss 2/3 of dough on floured board, roll to form a pie crust. The remainder of dough can be used for the top. 

Bake single shell 20 minutes.
