Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white wine (you can use red wine)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed (I use crushed garlic you can buy)
 

Method

Mix ingredients and pour over chicken and marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, overnight if possible. 

Bake at 350-degrees for 1  hour. 

If you have lots of chicken, you can double, triple, or whatever depending on how much. It is good if it doesn’t cover the chicken and turn it over after a while. You might do this several times so the chicken is marinated well on all sides.
