Ingredients
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 6-ounce can evaporated milk
Method
Mix thoroughly in a mixer. Bake at 450-degrees for 10 minutes, then in slow oven (325-degrees) about 45 minutes.
