Ingredients
3 eggs whites
1 cup powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 cup corn flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Beat whites of eggs with salt, fold in the sugar, adding the other ingredients last the flavoring. Drop by the teaspoon on a greased pan, bake to a golden brown. Must bake a little slow [300 to 325-degrees].
