1 6-ounce package Lemon Jell-O
3 cups boiling water
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese (cut into cubes)
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate

Fruits to garnish such as sliced strawberries, sliced bananas dipped in lemon juice, drained Mandarine oranges, grapes, blueberries, sliced apples dipped in lemon juice, sliced peaches, and raspberries. 


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Reserve 3/4 cup gelatin mixture and let stand at room temperature; do not refrigerate at this point or gelatin will harden. Pour remaining gelatin in a blender add mayonnaise, cream cheese, and lemonade concentrate. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate or porcelain dish. Refrigerate until firm. Arrange fruit over the top of the mold in a flower design or picture. Refrigerate reserved 3/4 cup of gelatin until thick enough to coat a spoon. Carefully spoon thickened gelatine over fruit glaze. Refrigerate until set or overnight. 

Makes 8 servings.
