Ingredients

1 quart milk
2 cups sugar
2 lemons, grated rind

1 cup cream
1/2 cup lemon juice

Method

Boil milk, sugar, and lemon rind; when cool add 1 cup of cream. When half frozen add 1/2 cup lemon juice and finish freezing.
