Lemon Pie

Ingredients

1 8-inch pie shell
1 can Eagle Brand {condensed milk}
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice

Method

Combine Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice & egg yolks; put into pie shell.  Make a meringue with egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.  Bake at 425-degrees until meringue is lightly browned.
