1 small box lemon Jell-O
1 1/4 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon

1 13-ounce can Milnot
3 tablespoons sugar

Vanilla Wafers
1/2 cup butter, melted



  1. Combine lemon Jell-O, 1 1/4 cups boiling water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and the juice of one lemon; let set approximately 1 1/2 hours (just to gel).
  2. Whip 1 can (13-ounces) Milnot milk, cold, (at least refrigerated overnight), add 3 tablespoons sugar.
  3. Combine Milnot and Jell-O mixtures.
  4. Spread over a layer of crushed Vanilla Wafers and 1/2 cup melted butter to make a crust.
  5. Sprinkle top with Vanilla Wafer crumbs – let set overnight.
