Crust Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
pinch salt

Method

Mix with pastry blender

Pat in buttered 13-inch X 9-inch pan.  Bake 350-degree for twenty minutes – cool. 

Topping Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
6 teaspoons flour
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon extract or lemon rind

Method

Mix – poor over crust.  Bake 350-degrees for twenty-five minutes.  

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
