2 stalks celery – chopped
1 large onion – chopped
1/2 bell pepper – chopped
1 clove garlic
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans tomato paste or sauce

1 large can Chili beans
2 cans cream or whole corn
2 cups {cooked} elbow macaroni or egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder


Saute celery, onion, and pepper and brown hamburger, add cloves of garlic and sauce.  {Combine remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish} put in the oven at 350-degrees for 15-20 minutes. 

Put crushed Fritos on top, then grated cheese until melted.
