Ingredients

Ground:
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup figs
1/2 cup apricots

1 orange, juice and rind – grated
1 cup pecans, chopped

Method

Combine ground fruit, add rind and enough juice to soften. Shape into balls, roll in nuts. 

Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
