Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
2 cups (8-ounces) shredded Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Finely chopped pecans
Method
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Shape into ball; roll in chopped nuts.
