Mom's Taco Dip

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cans chili – no beans
2 – 3 cut-up jalapeno peppers (to taste)
1 – 1 1/2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cubed

Method

Brown ground beef with chopped onion, chili, jalapeno peppers; place in a baking dish with 1 to 1 1/2 pounds cubed Velveeta cheese. Bake until cheese melts at 300-degrees about 35 minutes. 

Serve with chips.
