Ingredients
3 egg whites, beaten stiff not dry
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 Graham Crackers or 1/2 cup
6 ounces melted semi-sweet chocolate (package Nestles)
Method
Beat 3 egg whites stiff, not dry. Fold in 1 cup confectioner’s sugar, a little at a time. Fold in 1/4 cup pecans, chopped. 1 teaspoon vanilla, 8 Graham Crackers or 1/2 cup. Fold in 6 ounces melted semi-sweet chocolate (package Nestles).
Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 325-degrees, 12 minutes. Cool and remove.
