4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon mustard

Pour 1/2 cup of vinegar, and fold in just a little before adding 1 egg. Then add remaining vinegar. 

1 1/2 cup water

Cook until mixture obtains medium thickness (stir while cooking), then add one more teaspoon of mustard.
