Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can kidney beans
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can garbanzos (optional)
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Method
Mix olive oil, sugar, and vinegar. Alternate layers of beans, well-drained, green pepper, and onion in large dish. Pour olive oil mixture over, ad salt and pepper. Marinate several hours or overnight.
Serve well chilled in lettuce cups.
