Ingredients

2 pounds stew beef, cut into pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 4-ounce can mushrooms
1/2 cup red wine

Method

Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot, stir well.  Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours.  Serve over noodles or rice (High 5 to 6 hours.)
