3 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 pounds confectioner’s sugar
16 ounces dipping chocolate


Mix together 3 cups creamy peanut butter, 1 1/2 sticks softened butter, and 2 pounds confectioner’s sugar.  Form into small balls.  

Using a toothpick, dip balls into 16-ounce melted dipping chocolate until almost covered, leaving some of the peanut butter mixtures exposed on top.  Refrigerate.
