2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
6 tablespoons cold milk


In a mixing bowl, stir flour and salt. Pour cooking oil and cold milk in a measuring cup (do not stir). Add all at once to the flour mixture. Stir lightly with a fork. Form into 2 balls, flatten slightly with hands. Roll between two pieces of wax paper. 

Makes two crusts, 9-inch.
