Ingredients
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 to 1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
In mixing bowl, combine egg, milk & 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thinly on a floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll-up loosely. Slice 1/4 inch wide. Unroll cut noodles, spread and let dry 2 hours.
