1 16-ounce package vanilla wafers
1 1-pound box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice (thawed)
1 teaspoon orange rind (grated)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 small can coconut
Crush and roll (fine) vanilla wafers. Mix in powdered sugar then cut in margarine as for pie crust to the consistency of cornmeal. Add orange juice and rind. Mix with hands, and form into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in coconut.
Refrigerate at least 10 hours before serving.
