Orange Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon flour

1 1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Method

Mix sugar, salt, corn starch, and flour in a saucepan; stir in 1 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 1/2 cup water. Cook and boil for three minutes; remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon grated orange rind, and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind. 

Serve warm over a serving of duck.
