Ozark Pudding

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour (or 2/3 cup)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup grated apple, about 3 apples

Method

3 eggs, beat until light, add 1 1/2 cup sugar gradually, beat until thick, add 3/4 cup flour, 2 teaspoons Baking Powder, salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup nuts, and 1 cup grated apples. 

Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes.
