3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 teaspoon each garlic salt, onion salt, and mono. glutamate
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
7 cups bite-size shredded wheat, rice or corn biscuits
1 cup broken pretzel sticks
2 cups salted mixed nuts
Combine butter and seasoning in a measuring cup. Spread cereal, pretzels & nuts in a large roasting pan, distributing evenly. Pour seasoned butter over cereal mixture and toss lightly to coat. Bake at 275-degrees 1 hour, stirring every ten minutes.
Make 2 quarts.
