1 package strawberry gelatin dessert
1 3-ounce package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail, drained
1 cup whipping cream


Dissolve gelatine dessert in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and drained fruit juice. Add cream cheese and whip. Chill to a jelly consistency, then add fruit and whipped cream. Chill in the refrigerator.

May be used as a dessert. Lime gelatin may be substituted for strawberry.
