1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pancake mix
1 can peaches
1 tablespoon tapioca


Combine egg, milk, salad oil, sugar, salt, and pancake flour. Beat with a beater unit well blended. Cook peaches, juice, and tapioca until thickened. Pour into a casserole. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
