Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

2/3 cup milk chocolate pieces

Method

Preheat oven to 350-degrees and grease muffin pans. 

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat at low speed just until blended. Increase speed on high beat 2 minutes.  

Spoon batter into muffin tins. Top each cupcake with chocolate pieces. 

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
