You’ll be surprised that anything so easy can be so good
Ingredients
1 package strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1/2 crushed peppermint stick candy
Chocolate Sauce
Method
Dissolve gelatine in hot water; chill till partially set. Fold in whipped cream and cand into gelatin mixture. Spoon into individual molds; chill till set. Unmold, serve with chocolate sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
