1 Tablespoon (1 envelope) unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
Soften gelatine in cold water; dissolve over hot water, cool.
Whip cream and add sugar, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Add gelatine. Fold in fruits.
Pour into individual oiled molds and chill until firm.
