Pineapple Fluff

Ingredients

1 package Lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapple, plus juice
3/4 cup whipped cream

Method

{Mix} 1 package Lemon Jell-O, 1 cup boiling water.  Let stand until starting to set, then:  beat well and add 1 cup crushed pineapple and juice.  Add 3/4 cup whipped cream, stir and let stand until thoroughly chilled.  

Serve with whipped cream.
