Ingredients

First Layer

1 cup flour
1 stick oleo
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup nuts

Second Layer

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 carton cool whip (9 ounces)
2/3 cup powdered sugar

Third Layer

2 packages pistachio pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

Method

First Layer

Mix ingredients like pie crust, press into a 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 375-degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely. 

Second Layer

Combine cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar; beat two minutes. Spread over crust. 

Third Layer

Mix pistachio pudding and milk; beat for two minutes until thick. Spread over layers.

Top with the other half of cool whip, sprinkle with nuts.
