Ingredients
1 cup Crisco oil
2 cups sugar + 1/4 cup
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ounce red cake coloring
2 small jars Gerbers – Plum with Tapioca
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
Method
Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
Cream oil and sugar; add 1 egg at a time, add cinnamon and cake coloring. Now add baby food and flour [along with the salt and soda], alternately ending with the flour.
Bake one hour in a grease tube pan.
