Ingredients
2 cups seeded raisins
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cornstrch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Lemon rind
Juice of 1 orange, plus rind
1 cup chppped nuts
2 crusts
Method
Cook 2 cups of seeded raisins in 1 1/2 cup boiling water for five minutes, and 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoos cornstarch, dissolved in a little water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and some grated rind, juice of 1 orange and some grated rind, add 1 cup chopped nuts. 2 pie crusts.
