Ingredients

12 apples
12 onions, peeled
3 green peppers
3 sweet red peppers

12 ripe tomatoes, peeled, no seeds

3 cups of sugar
2 cups vinegar
3 scant tablespoons whole allspice in a bag

Method

Grind coarse 12 apples, 3 green peppers, and 3 sweet red peppers; add 12 ripe tomatoes, peeled, no seeds, just the pulp. Add to the first 3 cups sugar, 3 cups vinegar, and 3 scant tablespoons whole allspice in a bag. 

Put in a kettle and cook for 30 minutes.
