2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup of sour milk
2 1/2 cups of cut rhubarb

1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon


Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add sour milk. Add dry ingredients, stirring until flour is moistened. Mix in the rhubarb and spread in a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with 1/3/ cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Bake at 375-degrees for 30-40 minutes. Server warm or cold.
