Ingredients
3/4 pound jack cheese
3 cups sour cream
3 cans green chilis
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Method
Cook rice. Grease casserole. Salt & pepper cooked rice. Put in a layer of rice, then salted sour cream mix with chilies, sliced jack cheese; repeat.
Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot, sprinkle cheddar on top and return to oven to melt.
