Ingredients

1/2 cup Roquefort or part Roquefort & part cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Few grains cayenne
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Method

Make a paste with 1/2 cup Roquefort or part Roquefort and part cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and a few grains of cayenne.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll in finely chopped pecans (about 1/4 cup).
