1 pound sauerkraut
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
8 slices Pumpernickel or Dary Rye bread
Corned beef, sliced thin
4 slices Swiss cheese
Soft butter


Drain sauerkraut and combine with dressing.  Top 4 halves of bread with sauerkraut mixture, then corned Beef, Swiss cheese, and bread.  Spead top and bottom with butter.  Grill both sides until cheese melts and warm.
