Salmon Casserole


1 can salmon
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste

1 cup potato chips
1 cup cracker crumbs


Mix together wet ingredients; salmon, eggs, milk, chopped green pepper, butter, and salt to taste. Mix together potato chips and cracker crumbs. Alternate wet ingredients with crumbs in a buttered dish and bake at 350-degrees.
