Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs, divided
1 egg shell of milk
Soda the size of a pea
1 small teaspoon nutmeg
Flour
Almonds or nuts
Sugar
Method
Mix together with hands, add flour to make soft dough and arrange in a pan, cut out with cutter and whip the whites stiff and put 1 teaspoons on each tart with almond or nut in the center. Sprinkle with sugar, watch carefully as they burn easily.
