Sand Tarts

Ingredients

1 package PI-Do
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons sifted confectioner’s sugar

Method

Mix well into a package of PI-Do 2 tablespoon sugar using a fork. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and enough water (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make ingredients stick together well. Make into a crescent shape with fingers. Bake in 350-degree oven on a greased cookie sheet until delicately browned. Dust while hot with 2 tablespoons sifted confectioner’s sugar. 

Makes two dozen cookies.
