2 cups sausage
1 cup tomatoes
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
Combine all ingredients, add the egg last. Place in a pan and bake at 400-degrees for 1 hour. If the loaf is not brown enough, bake a little longer.
